To book a tee time please log onto the members area of the website. Choose tee time booking from the picklist. Then choose the date you wish to play from the book tee times buttons.
The selected day's start sheet will open. Scroll down the list and select the green book button on the right for your preferred booking time. A new window will open and you will have been added to the time automatically. If you wish to add playing partners you can select them from a drop down list. Please choose either the 18 hole or 9 hole booking option and then select book. You and any playing partners will be e-mailed a confirmation of your booking. Any bookings that you have made will appear on the current tee bookings list under the book tee times, date page.
If you wish to cancel a booking please select the view button by your booking from the current tee bookings list. The start sheet will open and your booking will show an edit button on the right. Please select the edit button and then select the tick boxes of the players you wish to remove (to the right of your name/s), and then select update to save the changes.
If you are experiencing difficulties please contact the office.
After logging into the Members section of the website, select 'Notice Board' from the left hand menu and you will find the Seniors Section information there.
To book a reciprocal at another Club, please speak to the Pro Shop and they will be happy to enquire for you.
If you need to cancel or edit a booking, just login to the members section of the website and go to ‘tee time booking’ on the left hand menu.
Once there, find your tee booking and select the edit button next to it on the booking sheet. When you do this you will see a small square box to the right hand side of your name, click in this box to select yourself and then press the update button below.
This will then take you out of the booking. You are also able to take anyone else out of the booking that you booked in with you, however those who put themselves into the same tee time separately will still remain.
Alternatively you can ask the Pro Shop to edit or cancel or tee time if you are having any issues with it.
A stake securing a rope around a green is like any other marker or flag on the course and therefore no relief is given if your ball hits one.
The shot still stands and you must play the ball form where it lies.
When a line on the ground is used, the line itself is out of bounds. However, a ball is deemed in bounds still even if only a small part of it lies on the course side of the boundary line. If white stakes are used at intervals, the out of bounds line is the direct line from one stake to the next.
